This high temperature vacuum heat treatment furnace uses MoSi2 rod as heating element, this Max. temperature can reach to 1700C, and continuous working temperature can reach to 1600C. This furnace is widely used for heating treatment of metal materials in high vacuum, reductive atmosphere, and protective atmosphere,also can used for heating treatment of special materials, such as carbonation process of carbon products development. The vacuum brazing furnace chamber is alumina refractory fiber or metal shield, has pipeline connection with high vacuum pump system, and the Max. vacuum degree can reach to 10/7x10-3Pa.
