Heat Treatment Furnace Oil Quenching Vacuum Furnace GCr15

During operation, the material is loaded into the furnace chamber, and the vacuum conditions are established. The heating elements are activated, gradually raising the temperature to the desired level for the specific heat treatment process. Once the desired temperature is reached, the quenching process commences.

Immersing the material in the oil bath, the vacuum conditions prevent the oil from boiling, ensuring efficient and consistent cooling. The vacuum environment also aids in eliminating any trapped air pockets within the material, resulting in thorough and uniform quenching.

The oil quenching process entails rapid cooling of the material as it interacts with the oil bath. The oil efficiently extracts heat from the material, leading to transformative changes in its microstructure and the enhancement of its mechanical properties. The cooling rate can be precisely controlled by adjusting factors such as oil temperature and agitation.

The cooling pressure and fan speed are adjustable to achieve graded quenching. The vertical furnace adopts screw drive and has flexible movement: it is safe and reliable. Graphite and all-metal heating chambers can be used.

Optional fully intelligent industrial computer control and a manual operating system are available, which are easy to learn, understand and operate.
