1600c High Temperature Industrial Electric Heating Equipment Vacuum Gas Nitriding Quenching Furnace
Vacuum gas quenching furnace is mainly used for cool work & hot work steel, high speed steel, tool steel material vacuum quenching, tempering and solution-ageing process. And it is divided into horizontal and vertical types. The vertical type vacuumgas quenching furnace is especially suitable for the vacuum gas quenching process of large workpieces with easy deformation such as long rod-shaped parts, shafts and plate parts. The workpieces can keep bright and minimal deformation after heat treatment.
The followings are the technical characteristics:
1. The heating element is graphite (Customizable), the thermal insulation layer is the thermal insulation structure of the
composite carbon felt and the soft felt, which can ensure the temperature uniformity.
2. The internal use of the overall telescopic structure telescopic car, with frequency control to ensure smooth delivery of
materials, transfer time is short.
3. Quenching Oil Hot oil pump with heat pump and heat exchanger outside the cooling, quenching oil cooling faster, higher
efficiency.
4. Built-in heat exchanger and forced air circulation cooling mode, jet gas uniform and flow, cooling speed.
5. Dual choice of oil mixing and oil jet cooling method for different types of parts, small deformation of the workpiece.
6. The furnace is equipped with temperature, pressure, water pressure, vacuum and other interlocking features, with a high
degreeof safety protection and prevention functions.
7. With remote control operation, remote fault diagnosis and remote program updates and other functions.

Alternate cooling method achieves uniform cooling and ensures minimal deformation of the workpiece.
The cooling pressure and wind speed of the locomotive are adjustable to achieve graded cooling.
The vertical furnace adopts screw drive, which is flexible, safe and reliable.
Optional graphite or all-metal heating chamber.
